Abstract:
An information management unit (4) manages: display modes of each icon that are associated with different abstraction levels; a usage count of each icon; and the abstraction level at which each icon is to be displayed. A usage count changing unit (2) changes the managed usage count of each icon each time the icon is manipulated. An abstraction level changing unit (3) changes the abstraction level at which each icon is to be displayed, in accordance with the managed usage count of the icon.
