Abstract:
The present invention provides a display control method with which it is possible to display a telop image within the field of vision of a user irrespective of a change in the sight direction of the user. The display control method includes: (a) a step for generating visual field image data indicating a visual field image on the basis of the sight direction of the user and 360-degree spatial image data; (b)a step for receiving telop image data indicating a telop image; and (c) a step for displaying a synthesized image of the visual field image and the telop image on a head-mounted display (HMD) 27 on the basis of the visual field image data and the telop image data. In step (c), the synthesized image is displayed on the HMD 27 so that the telop image is displayed at a prescribed position in the visual field image irrespective of a change in the sight direction of the user.
