Abstract:
Provided is a display device, comprising: a substrate; a transparent electrode formed on the substrate; a pixel definition layer formed on the transparent electrode, the pixel definition layer being used for defining a display area of each pixel and having an opening corresponding to the display area; a light-emitting layer formed on the pixel definition layer; a metal electrode formed on the light-emitting layer; and a hydrogen atom barrier material layer formed on the metal electrode. By depositing a hydrogen atom barrier material layer on a metal electrode, a hole that may be produced in a metal cathode thin film is improved, a path of hydrogen atoms subsequently permeating into a TFT is blocked, and the increase in the migration rate of a channel caused by the production of OH- ions is reduced; thus the appearance of white spots is reduced, and the optical quality of a display device is improved.
