Disclosed is a display device capable of performing black frame insertion. A gamma circuit (14) comprises an either-or multipath selector (141); input data of one input end (1411) of the selector (141) is a VCOM voltage output by the gamma circuit (14), and input data of the other input end (1412) is a voltage which is converted from a pre-set value, which is stored in a multiple-time programmable memory (144) of the gamma circuit (14), via a digital-to-analogue converter (142); a general purpose input/output (GPIO) interface of a sequential control circuit (15) is configured to be a control interface controlling an output of the selector (141); under the control of the control interface, when the selector (141) chooses to input the VCOM voltage output by the gamma circuit (14), the output voltage is amplified by an operational amplifier (43) in the gamma circuit (14) and is then output to a source driver circuit, and serves as a first gamma reference voltage required by the source driver circuit when performing digital-to-analogue conversion; and in this case, the sequential control circuit (15) does not output data, so as to realize output of a black frame insertion image. The display device can realize output of black frame insertion images while reducing the power consumption.
