Abstract:
A display device comprises a display unit. The display unit includes pixels, each of the pixels includes stacks connected in series, and each of the stacks includes at least one light-emitting device. The storage unit stores stack number information. Each piece of the stack number information indicates the number of stacks constituting an effective light source from among the stacks for each pixel. A compensation unit generates compensated data by compensating image data on the basis of the stack number information. A data drive unit generates data voltages on the basis of the compensated data and provides the data voltages to the display unit. Each of the pixels emits light with luminances corresponding to the data voltages.
