Abstract:
The present invention provides a display device which is capable of preventing a common electrode from coming into contact with a lateral surface of an organic layer. This display device is provided with a plurality of light emitting elements, an insulating material and a common electrode. The plurality of light emitting elements are two-dimensionally arranged. Each one of the light emitting elements is sequentially provided with a first electrode, an organic layer comprising a light emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode, the organic layer and the second electrode are isolated for each light emitting element. The common electrode is provided on the second electrodes of two or more light emitting elements. The insulating material covers the lateral surface of the organic layer of each light emitting element.
