Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting diode chip and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The light-emitting diode chip comprises: a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer, wherein the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are stacked in an up-down direction, and the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are respectively provided with an exposed upper surface; and electrodes, wherein the electrodes are respectively arranged on the exposed upper surfaces of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and the electrode is provided with a first recessed portion in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface.
