Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of data processing, and provides a quasi-user allocation method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The quasi-user allocation method comprises: obtaining quasi-user information, the quasi-user information comprising contact information and insurance concern information; classify a quasi-user according to the insurance interest information in the quasi-user information to obtain a target insurance category concerned by the quasi-user; and allocating the contact information in the quasi-user information to a corresponding manual position according to the target insurance category. In addition, also provided are a quasi-user allocation apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. By means of the quasi-user allocation method and apparatus, the computer device, and the storage medium, real-time allocation of a quasi-user can be accurately realized, and the allocation efficiency of the quasi-user is improved.
