Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the display device comprises the steps of: dividing a substrate into a red subpixel region, a green subpixel region, and a blue subpixel region; forming first electrodes in the red subpixel region, the green subpixel region, and the blue subpixel region; forming a red quantum dot light emitting layer and a green quantum dot light emitting layer on the first electrode of the red subpixel region and the first electrode of the green subpixel region, respectively; forming a blue quantum dot light emitting layer on the red quantum dot light emitting layer, the green light quantum dot light emitting layer, and the first electrode of the blue subpixel region; and forming second electrodes on the blue light quantum dot light emitting layer to obtain a red subpixel, a green subpixel, and a blue subpixel, respectively. The method of the present disclosure can prevent the problem that red ink overflows into the blue subpixel region when the red, green, and blue subpixels are printed at the same time, thereby preventing the problem of luminescence quenching of the blue subpixel.
