Abstract:
A display device comprises: a substrate; a metal pattern disposed on the substrate and comprising a first alloy layer and a first metal layer, the first alloy layer comprising a titanium alloy comprising at least one of copper or zinc, and the first metal layer being disposed on the first alloy layer; an active layer disposed on the metal pattern; and a gate electrode disposed on the active layer and comprising a second alloy layer and a second metal layer, the second alloy layer comprising a titanium alloy comprising at least one of copper or zinc, and the second metal layer being disposed on the second alloy layer.
