Abstract:
The present invention provides a display device having an imaging function. The present invention provides the display device or an imaging device with a high aperture ratio. The display device has a first light-emitting element and a light-receiving element. In the first light-emitting element, a first pixel electrode, a first organic layer, and a common electrode are stacked in this order. In the light-receiving element, a second pixel electrode, a second organic layer, and a common electrode are stacked in this order. The first organic layer includes a first light-emitting layer, and the second organic layer includes a photoelectric conversion layer. In a region between the first light-emitting element and the light-receiving element, there are a first layer and a second layer. The first layer overlaps the second organic layer, and includes the same material as the first organic layer. The second layer overlaps the first organic layer, and includes the same material as the second organic layer. In the region between the first light-emitting element and the light-receiving element, the end of the first organic layer and the end of the first layer are provided facing each other, and the end of the second organic layer and the end of the second layer are provided facing each other.
