Abstract:
A display device includes: a plurality of input units to which video signals are input, respectively; a selection unit; and a processing unit. The selection unit selects a plurality out of the input units, and determines one among the selected input units as a priority input unit. The processing unit causes a first image that is included in the video signals input into the priority input unit to be displayed on the display unit without changing a resolution of the first image, changes a resolution of a second image that is included in the video signals input into the other input units selected by the selection unit, and displays the second image having the changed resolution in a region on the display unit other than the region where the first image is displayed.
