Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable display device. This display device has a first light-emitting device, a second light-emitting device, and an inorganic insulating layer. The first light-emitting device has a first pixel electrode, a first light-emitting layer disposed on the first pixel electrode, and a common electrode disposed on the first light-emitting layer. The second light-emitting device has a second pixel electrode, a second light-emitting layer disposed on the second pixel electrode, and a common electrode disposed on the second light-emitting layer. The inorganic insulating layer covers respective side surfaces of the first pixel electrode, the second pixel electrode, the first light-emitting layer, and the second light-emitting layer. Preferably, hydrogen concentration and carbon concentration in the inorganic insulating layer are both sufficiently low.
