Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-definition display device including a photodetection function. This display device includes first through fourth sub-pixels that are arranged adjacent to each other in a first direction in this order. The first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel present light with the same color, the third sub-pixel and the fourth sub-pixel detect light with the same color, the first sub-pixel includes a first light emitting device and a first colored layer that overlaps the first light emitting device, the second sub-pixel includes a second light emitting device and the first colored layer that overlaps the second light emitting device, the third sub-pixel includes a first light receiving device, the fourth sub-pixel includes a second light receiving device, the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device are configured to be driven independently of each other, and the first light receiving device and the second light receiving device are configured to be driven independently of each other.
