Abstract:
A display device (1) for a vehicle is characterized by comprising: an emission unit (22) that is installed in a vehicle (V) and emits a display light; a housing (21) that houses the emission unit (22) in a housing space section in the interior thereof; and a final mirror (27) that reflects the display light emitted from the emission unit (22), toward a windshield (WS) provided in a front section of the vehicle (V) in a vehicle front/rear direction (X), and uses the windshield (WS) to cause the display light to reflect to a presupposed eyesight position (EP) side, wherein the windshield (WS) has a rising angle (θ) of 60° to 90° in relation to a horizontal direction on the eyesight position (EP) side, and the final mirror (27) is provided entirely outside the housing space section, is positioned between the windshield (WS) and the eyesight position (EP) in the vehicle front/rear direction (X), and faces the windshield (WS).
