Abstract:
This display device has a region wherein a plurality of electrodes are disposed in a matrix. The plurality of electrodes include a plurality of first electrodes positioned along any one edge of the region and a plurality of second electrodes positioned more to the center side of the region than the plurality of first electrodes. The first electrodes and the second electrodes have different contours in plan view, and the contour of each of the plurality of first electrodes contains a zigzag-shaped edge or an edge having protrusions and recesses in plan view.
