Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a display device capable of highly reliable waterproofing without the need to reduce the ratio of a display member in a housing.
[Solution] The display device comprises: a planar display member; a frame member provided in the periphery of the rear surface opposite the display surface of the display member; and a housing member provided on the side surface of the display member so as to surround the display surface. Adhesive members are provided on the housing member on surfaces that are substantially parallel to the display surface and mutually different along the long side and the short side of the housing member. A bridging adhesive member is provided to bridge the long side adhesive member and the short side adhesive member on the housing member at one or more of the four corners of the display surface.
