Abstract:
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a display screen (10). The outer layer of the display screen (10) is a common electrode layer (13). The display panel further comprises an additional electrode layer (21). The additional electrode layer (21) is located on the outer side of the common electrode layer (13). Insulators (22) are disposed between the additional electrode layer (21) and the common electrode layer (13) at intervals. The display panel has a touch control function and allows simple and convenient human-machine interaction between a human and the display panel; and the display panel has a simple structure, low manufacturing cost and a high defect-free rate.
