Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: an array substrate (1); an opposing substrate (2) arranged above the array substrate (1); an upper polarizer (3) arranged above the opposing substrate (2); a bonding layer (4) arranged on the upper polarizer (3), wherein conductive materials are distributed in the bonding layer (4); a protection substrate (5) arranged above the bonding layer (4), wherein the protection substrate (5) is fixed with the upper polarizer (3) via the bonding layer (4); and a static exporting structure (6), in contact with the bonding layer (4), and used for exporting static in the bonding layer (4). The display panel transmits static to the static exporting structure (6) via the bonding layer (4) so as to export the static.
