A display panel (100) and a display device. The display panel (100) comprises: a plurality of pixel units (110) arranged in an array; a plurality of scanning signal lines (120), each of the scanning signal lines (120) being coupled to one row of pixel units (110) in the plurality of pixel units (110) and being used for outputting a scanning signal to the pixel units (110); a plurality of data lines (130), each of the data lines (130) being coupled to one column of pixel units (110) in the plurality of pixel units (110) and being used for outputting a data signal to the pixel units (110); and a plurality of pulse width modulation signal lines (140), each of the pulse width modulation signal lines (140) being coupled to one row of pixel units (110) in the plurality of pixel units (110) and being used for outputting a pulse width modulation signal to the pixel units (110) and controlling light-emitting durations of the pixel units (110) to realize display of different gray scales. By means of the method, the present application can realize low-brightness drive display, and avoid an excessive brightness of a light-emitting element caused by a large current passing through the light-emitting element.
