A display panel, comprising: a base substrate (3) and a plurality of photosensitive elements (2) located on the base substrate (3). At least some of the photosensitive elements (2) are provided with corresponding dimming structures (4); the dimming structures (4) are located on the sides of the photosensitive elements (2) distant from the base substrate (3) and are configured to adjust a propagation direction of incident light which is reflected by a pattern and incident on the dimming structures (4), and output the formed emergent light to the photosensitive elements (2) corresponding to the dimming structures (4). An included angle between the propagation direction of the emergent light and the plane where the base substrate (3) is located is greater than an included angle between the propagation direction of the incident light and the plane where the base substrate (3) is located. The photosensitive elements (2) are configured to generate an electric signal according to the received light, so as to identify a pattern image. Also provided are a display panel manufacturing method and a display device.
