Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacture process for a display panel. The manufacture process for a display panel comprises: covering a substrate (110) with nanometer-silicon oxide (120) to form a nanometer-silicon oxide layer (120); covering the nanometer-silicon oxide layer (120) with amorphous silicon to form an amorphous silicon layer (300); irradiating the amorphous silicon layer (300) by laser, so that the amorphous silicon layer (300) is recrystallized to form a polysilicon layer (130); and covering the polysilicon layer (130) with a gate oxide to form a gate oxide layer (140).
