Abstract:
The present application provides a display panel, and a manufacturing method. The display panel comprises an array substrate, a planarization layer, a pixel definition layer, an organic light-emitting device, and an inorganic layer provided between the planarization layer and the pixel definition layer and used for isolating water and oxygen. A first interlayer dielectric layer of the thin film transistor, the planarization layer and the inorganic layer form an encapsulation structure of the array substrate.
