Abstract:
The present invention discloses a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The display panel comprises: a first metal layer formed on a first substrate; a second metal layer; and a black color-resistant layer formed between the first metal layer and the second metal layer; the first metal layer being a scanning strip, the second metal layer being a data strip, and an insulating layer and the black color-resistant layer being disposed at the intersectional position between the scanning strip and the data strip.
