A display panel, a manufacturing process therefor and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate (1) and a plurality of active switches provided on the substrate (1); each of the active switches comprises a gate layer (2) provided at the bottom, the gate layer (2) being wrapped with an insulating dielectric layer (5), the insulating dielectric layer (5) comprising a light shielding layer (53) provided on a lateral portion of the gate layer (2).
