The overcoat layer (3) includes a first sublayer (31) and a second sublayer (32), the second sublayer (32) on a side of the first sublayer (31) distal to the base substrate (1). The first sublayer (31) includes a first polymer material. The second sublayer (32) includes a second polymer material different from the first polymer material.
