A display substrate, comprising a display area. The display area comprises: a base, and a plurality of pixel circuits, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of data compensation units, wherein the pixel circuits, the data lines and the data compensation units are arranged on the base; and at least one of the plurality of data lines is electrically connected to the plurality of pixel circuits which are arranged in a first direction, and is further electrically connected to the at least one data compensation unit.
