Abstract:
The present invention provides a disposable garment in which leakage of urine, etc. does not easily occur, and which has an excellent appearance and reduces the feeling of resistance of a wearer to wearing said garment. A disposable garment (1) according to the present invention, said garment being provided with a waist fitting portion (20) that is fitted to the waist of a wearer (P) and includes at least a front portion (20a) and a rear portion (20b), and with an elastic sheet (17) that extends from the front portion (20a) of the waist fitting portion (20) to the rear portion (20b) so as to pass through the crotch of the wearer (P) and is capable of being stretched in a direction passing through the crotch of the wearer (P), is characterized in that: the elastic sheet (17) includes an elastic member (17a), in which an absorbent core (13) for excrement absorption can be disposed in at least a portion thereof and which is capable of pressing the absorbent core (13) to the body side of the wearer (P) by means of elastic force; and the waist fitting portion (20) includes a pressing member (202), which has an elastic force acting on at least a crotch region of the front portion (20a) and the rear portion (20b) and is capable of pressing the elastic sheet (17) and the absorbent core (13) to the body side of the wearer (P).
