Abstract:
A disposable urine collection tube without need to be uncapped, comprising a tube cap (10), a diaphragm (40) and a tube body (30), wherein when the tube cap (10) is connected to the tube body (30), the diaphragm (40) is located between the tube body (30) and the tube cap (10), so that a closed space for holding urine to be tested is formed in the tube body (30); and the diaphragm (40) is a membrane-like structure that is liquid-tight and allows a sampling needle to penetrate therethrough, and has a hanging drop shape selected from the diaphragm (40) being concave toward the tube bottom or the diaphragm (40) being convex toward the tube opening. The top of the concave portion or the convex portion (401) can have a puncture surface (402), and the puncture surface (402) is flat, and is adapted to the sampling needle to allow same to penetrate therethrough. When the sampling tube is used to test the urine to be tested, the testing sampling needle directly penetrates the diaphragm (40) to sample the urine to be tested without opening the tube cap (10). In addition, the collection tube is adapted to different sampling needles to penetrate therethrough.
