A gas-steam combined cycle generator set operation adjustment and control system, and an adjustment and control method. The system comprises: a real-time set operation data acquisition module (1), which is used for acquiring power plant set operation parameter data and power generation power data; a set operation state assessment index mining module (2), which is used for performing mining analysis on the power plant set operation parameter data to obtain a key parameter; a set operation state assessment index extraction module (3), which is used for obtaining a characteristic variable; a set operation characteristic parameter prediction module (4), which is used for performing prediction on the characteristic variable to obtain a predicted value and a corresponding variation tendency; and a set operation smart adjustment and control module (5), which is used for realizing smart parameter adjustment and control. The optimized operation of a power plant set can be guided, thereby improving the reliability and economical performance of set operation.
