Abstract:
This distance measuring device is provided with a signal processing unit which transmits a frequency modulated continuous wave toward a target, and which employs Prony's method, using an exponential function having an argument with a real part and an imaginary part, to fit an intermediate frequency signal obtained by mixing the continuous wave with the continuous wave that has been reflected by the target and has returned.
