Abstract:
A distance measuring device (101) comprises a light emission and exposure control unit (103) for generating a plurality of exposure control signals, and a data processing unit (106) including a selecting unit (107) for selecting at least two signal charges from among a plurality of signal charges, for each pixel (20), and a computing unit (108) for calculating first distance data indicating a distance to a target object, on the basis of the two selected signal charges, wherein: the plurality of exposure control signals include groups of a plurality of exposure control signals having mutual phase differences that are the same as a pulse width of the light emission control signal; the phase difference between an exposure control signal N belonging to one group and an exposure control signal (N+1) belonging to another group is less than the pulse width of the light emission control signal; and the selecting unit (107) selects a pair of signal charges including a first signal charge corresponding to the exposure control signal having the earliest phase among a plurality of signal charges determined to include reflected light.
