Abstract:
A distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances characterized in that a contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line (36) and/or a hydraulic connecting line (39) with a distilled liquid tank (41) provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a compressor (26), while by a second hydraulic connecting line (30) derived from a distillation vapour chamber (32) of contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with a compressor input (26) placed in distilled liquid tank (41) provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a distilled liquid lead (24) connected with coming out of the compressor outlet (26) and entering to a distillation heat exchanger (8) a hydraulic connecting line (20), while the compressor input (26) is connected with the distillation heat exchanger (8) and the distillate outlet (15) by the hydraulic connecting line (20).

Claims

1. A distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprising a contaminated liquid tank, a distilled liquid tank, a distillation heat exchanger, an exchanger for heating the distillate, a contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger, a thermostatic valve, a hydraulic connecting line, an electric connecting line characterized in that a contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line (36) and/or a hydraulic connecting line (39) with a distilled liquid tank (41) provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a compressor (26), while by a second hydraulic connecting line (30) derived from a distillation vapour chamber (32) of contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with a compressor input (26) placed in distilled liquid tank (41) provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a distilled liquid lead (24) connected with coming out of the compressor outlet (26) and entering to a distillation heat exchanger (8) a hydraulic connecting line (20), while the compressor input (26) is connected with the distillation heat exchanger (8) and the distillate outlet (15) by the hydraulic connecting line (20).

2. Distilling apparatus according to claim , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank (41) inside has the compressor (26).

Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger (8) is connected by the hydraulic connecting line (15) with exchanger (10) for heating the distillate connected by the hydraulic connecting line (19) with the contaminated liquid tank (1 ), while by the hydraulic connecting line (42) derived from the distilled liquid tank (41) is connected with the distilled liquid and contaminated liquid heat exchanger (14).

Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid tank (1) has a sedimentation cone (2) provided with derived connecting line (39) of heavy distilled liquid, a shut-off valve (3) in the lower part and a sludge tank (4) below, while above the sedimentation cone (2) has contaminated liquid heater (43) shielded with an angular partiation (38) and has above the liquid a drop catcher (33), and between them filling valve (5), while above the drop catcher (33) has a distilled liquid vapour catcher (31) over which has the distillation vapour chamber (32) and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor (40).

5. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with the distillation heat exchanger (8) by a hydraulic connecting line (6) and (7).

6. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank (41) has a distilled liquid heater (21) and a inclined bottom, while outside has derived a minimum level sensor (22), a maximum level sensor (23) and a temperature sensor (27).

7. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank (41) is connected hydraulically with the contaminated liquid tank (1) by a pump (34).

8. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the exchanger (10) for heating the distillate has a cooled distillate outlet (11).

9. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the exchanger (10) for heating the distillate is connected with the contaminated liquid tank (1) by an additional hydraulic connecting line (18) provided with a shut-off valve (17).

10. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger (14) has on the upper part contaminated liquid inlet (16) and on the lower part a distilled liquid draining valve (13).

11. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger (14) is connected with the exchanger (10) for heating the distillate by the hydraulic connecting line (12).

12. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the hydraulic connecting line (20) has light gas release valve (29).

13. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger (8) has on the hydraulic connecting line (15) outlet thermostatic valve (9).

Description:
Distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid

The present invention relates to the distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid designed for purification the washing bath in industrial cleaning machines by distillation process with the simultaneous use of generated vapour for heating baths and drying with hot air.

Document PL189035 disclose the electric distiller consists of: a boiler with a heating element, both enclosed in a housing; a cooler located over the boiler; a raw-water stub pipe connected to the heat exchanger in the cooler; a drain stub pipe connected with a conduit to the boiler; and a condensate stub pipe. It is characterised in that a temperature sensor is fixed to the top part of the heating element. The raw-water stub pipe is equipped with a flow limiter. The pipe, which constitutes the heat exchanger in the cooler, has an oval cross-section. The cooler is equipped with a condensate settling tank, connected to the condensate stub pipe, which runs outside the shield. The boiler is located above the base assembly.

Document PL 293337 disclose the automobile water distiller which has a raw water tank connected to a water level tank in which a needle valve and a float to secure the water level, provided with a tube, in a water tank, filled with a catalyst and mounted on a collector or pipe exhaust. In the water-side tank, the water is heated and as water vapour is discharged by a tube to the condenser tube, from where it condenses to the distilled water tank after condensation.

Document PL210734 disclose the a dynamic distiller for the distillation of organic and inorganic substances without or with catalyst, especially for the thermocatalytic process of distilling liquid waste hydrocarbons, such as waste oils and solid waste hydrocarbons, such as, for example, polyolefin waste plastics. The dynamic distiller is distinguished by the fact that it contains a plastics extruder, especially waste polyolefin plastics, melter plastic, distiller reactor and cooler. The dynamic distiller reactor is rotatably mounted in space, in the axis of the inserting tube being the output part of the melter inner thin tube and the discharge tube being the inlet part of the tubular single- jacketed air cooler.

The substance of the invention is a distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprising a contaminated liquid tank, a distilled liquid tank, a distillation heat exchanger, an exchanger for heating the distillate, a contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger, a thermostatic valve, a hydraulic connecting line, an electric connecting line characterized in that a contaminated liquid tank is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line and/or another hydraulic connecting line with a distilled liquid tank provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber and a compressor, while by a second hydraulic connecting line derived from a distillation vapour chamber of contaminated liquid tank said tank is connected with a compressor input placed in distilled liquid tank provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber and a distilled liquid lead connected with coming out of the compressor outlet and entering to a distillation heat exchanger a hydraulic connecting line, while the compressor input is connected with the distillation heat exchanger and the distillate outlet by the hydraulic connecting line.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank inside has the compressor.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger is connected by the hydraulic connecting line with exchanger for heating the distillate connected by the hydraulic connecting line with the contaminated liquid tank, while by the hydraulic connecting line derived from the distilled liquid tank is connected with the distilled liquid and contaminated liquid heat exchanger. Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid tank has a sedimentation cone provided with derived connecting line of heavy distilled liquid, a shut-off valve in the lower part and a sludge tank below, while above the sedimentation cone has contaminated liquid heater shielded with an angular partiation and has above the liquid a drop catcher, and between them filling valve, while above the drop catcher has a distilled liquid vapour catcher over which has the distillation vapour chamber and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid tank is connected with the distillation heat exchanger by a hydraulic connecting lines.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank has a distilled liquid heater and a inclined bottom, while outside has derived a minimum level sensor, a maximum level sensor and a temperature sensor.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distilled liquid tank is connected hydraulically with the contaminated liquid tank by a pump.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the exchanger for heating the distillate has a cooled distillate outlet.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the exchanger for heating the distillate is connected with the contaminated liquid tank by an additional hydraulic connecting line provided with a shut-off valve.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger has on the upper part contaminated liquid inlet and on the lower part a distilled liquid draining valve. Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger is connected with the exchanger for heating the distillate by the hydraulic connecting line.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the hydraulic connecting line has light gas release valve.

Preferably the distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger has on the hydraulic connecting line outlet thermostatic valve.

The use of the distilling apparatus according to the invention allows to construct effluent-free cleaning machines without the necessity of periodic bath exchange. The work of the distilling apparatus allows the separation of liquids into individual components in a continuous work system. It allows to complete elimination of water from the distilled liquid. It also allows reducing the consumption of chemicals due to their partial recovery as a result of the purification process of the liquid according to the invention. Insertion a fan into the distilled liquid tank allows the heat energy emitted by the fan to be used. The distilling apparatus can be used as an independent device for the purification of liquids as well as in a block system in industrial cleaning machines, especially those operating in closed and continuous process systems.

The invention subject is shown in the drawing 1/2 presents a schematic connection of the distilling apparatus, the drawing 2/2 presents a schematic connection of the distiller in an extended range.

Embodiment I

In the embodiment the distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprises a contaminated liquid tank 1 and distilled liquid tank 41. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line 36 and/or a hydraulic connecting line 39 with a distilled liquid tank 41 provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a compressor 26, while by a second hydraulic connecting line 30 derived from a distillation vapour chamber 32 of contaminated liquid tank 1 said tank 1 is connected with a compressor input 26 placed in distilled liquid tank 41 provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a distilled liquid lead 24 connected with coming out of the compressor outlet 26 and entering to a distillation heat exchanger 8 a hydraulic connecting line 20. The compressor input 26 is connected with the distillation heat exchanger 8 and the distillate outlet 15 by the hydraulic connecting line 20. The contaminated liquid tank 1 has a sedimentation cone 2 provided with a shut-off valve 3 in the lower part and a sludge tank 4 below, while above the sedimentation cone 2 has contaminated liquid heater 43 shielded with an angular partiation 38 and has above the liquid a drop catcher 33, and between them filling valve 5, while above the drop catcher 33 has a distilled liquid vapour catcher 31 over which has the distillation vapour chamber 32 and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor 40. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected with the distillation heat exchanger 8 by a hydraulic connecting line 6 and 7.

Embodiment II

In the embodiment the distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprises a contaminated liquid tank 1 and distilled liquid tank 41. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line 39 with a distilled liquid tank 41 provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a compressor 26, while by a second hydraulic connecting line 30 derived from a distillation vapour chamber 32 of contaminated liquid tank 1 , said tank 1 is connected with a compressor input 26 placed in distilled liquid tank 41 provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a distilled liquid lead 24 connected with coming out of the compressor outlet 26 and entering to a distillation heat exchanger 8 a hydraulic connecting line 20. The compressor input 26 is connected with the distillation heat exchanger 8 and the distillate outlet 15 by the hydraulic connecting line 20. The distilled liquid tank 41 inside has the compressor 26. The contaminated liquid tank 1 has a sedimentation cone 2 provided with derived connecting line 39 of heavy distilled liquid, a shut-off valve 3 in the lower part and a sludge tank 4 below, while above the sedimentation cone 2 has contaminated liquid heater 43 shielded with an angular partiation 38 and has above the liquid a drop catcher 33, and between them filling valve 5, while above the drop catcher 33 has a distilled liquid vapour catcher 31 over which has the distillation vapour chamber 32 and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor 40. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected with the distillation heat exchanger 8 by a hydraulic connecting line 6 and 7. The distilled liquid tank 41 has a distilled liquid heater 21 and a inclined bottom, while outside has derived a minimum level sensor 22, a maximum level sensor 23 and a temperature sensor 27. The distilled liquid tank 41 is connected hydraulically with the contaminated liquid tank 1 by a pump 34.

Embodiment III

In the embodiment the distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprises a contaminated liquid tank 1 and distilled liquid tank 41. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line 36 and a hydraulic connecting line 39 with a distilled liquid tank 41 provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a compressor 26, while by a second hydraulic connecting line 30 derived from a distillation vapour chamber 32 of contaminated liquid tank 1 said tank 1 is connected with a compressor input 26 placed in distilled liquid tank 41 provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber 25 and a distilled liquid lead 24 connected with coming out of the compressor outlet 26 and entering to a distillation heat exchanger 8 a hydraulic connecting line 20 provided with light gas release valve 29. The compressor input 26 is connected by the hydraulic connecting line 20 with the distillation heat exchanger 8 from which has derived distillate outlet hydraulic connecting line 15 on which has thermostatic valve 9. The distilled liquid tank 41 has the compressor 26 inside. The distillation heat exchanger 8 is connected by the hydraulic connecting line 15 with exchanger 10 for heating the distillate connected by the hydraulic connecting line 19 with the contaminated liquid tank 1, while by the hydraulic connecting line 42 derived from the distilled liquid tank 41 is connected with the distilled liquid and contaminated liquid heat exchanger 14. The contaminated liquid tank 1 has a sedimentation cone 2 provided with derived connecting line 39 of heavy distilled liquid, a shut-off valve 3 in the lower part and a sludge tank 4 below, while above the sedimentation cone 2 has contaminated liquid heater 43 shielded with an angular partiation 38 and has above the liquid a drop catcher 33, and between them filling valve 5, while above the drop catcher 33 has a distilled liquid vapour catcher 31 over which has the distillation vapour chamber 32 and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor 40. The contaminated liquid tank 1 is connected with the distillation heat exchanger 8 by a hydraulic connecting line 6 and 7. The distilled liquid tank 41 has a distilled liquid heater 21 and a inclined bottom, while outside has derived a minimum level sensor 22, a maximum level sensor 23 and a temperature sensor 27. The distilled liquid tank 41 is connected hydraulically with the contaminated liquid tank 1 by a pump 34. The exchanger 10 for heating the distillate has a cooled distillate outlet 11 and is connected with the contaminated liquid tank 1 by an additional hydraulic connecting line 18 provided with a shut-off valve 17. The contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger 14 has on the upper part contaminated liquid inlet 16 and on the lower part a distilled liquid draining valve 13 and is connected with the exchanger 10 for heating the distillate by the hydraulic connecting line 12.
