Abstract:
This distributed amplifier (10) has provided therein a plurality of amplifiers (A1, A2, A3, …, AN) comprising cascade stages and being connected in parallel between an input-side transmission line (W1) and an output-side transmission line (W2). A transmission line (WA) is connected to an input terminal (base terminal) in an output transistor (Q2) for these amplifiers (An) and a bias potential (Vb2) is applied from a bias circuit (B), via the transmission line (WA), to the input terminal in the output transistor (Q2). As a result of the present invention, reduction in gain on the high-frequency side can be compensated.
