Abstract:

This divided cutting type chip saw includes a first ridge chip (11), a second ridge chip (12), a first end chip (13), and a second end chip (14). A first end (13f) of the first end chip (13), a second end (14g) of the second end chip (14), a tip end (11e) of the first ridge chip (11), and a tip end (12e) of the second ridge chip (12) are tip ends which project radially outward. A tip end inclined surface (13c) extending from the first end (13f), a tip end inclined surface (14c) extending from the second end (14g), a first inclined surface (11c) and a second inclined surface (11d) extending from the tip end (11e), and a first inclined surface (12c) and a second inclined surface (12d) extending from the tip end (12e) each have a tip end inclination angle at least equal to 3° and at most equal to 10°.
