Abstract:
A DLP printer, comprising a base (100), a pattern generator fixing base (200), a pattern generator (300), a forming groove (400), a folding frame (500), a forming work surface (600), and a control unit (700) for controlling an XY-axis sliding table (520) to move up and down. The base (100) is connected to the folding frame (500) by means of a rotating shaft (530), the base (100) and the folding frame (500) are capable of rotating relatively, the forming groove (400) is disposed on the base (100), the pattern generator fixing base (200) is disposed parallel to a lower end of the forming groove (400), the pattern generator (300) is placed on the pattern generator fixing base (200), and the forming work surface (600) is mounted on the folding frame (500) by means of the XY-axis sliding table (520). A control system comprises a cloud server and a mobile terminal upper computer controller, and the DLP printer, as a lower computer, interacts with the mobile terminal upper computer controller by means of the control unit (700). For a visible light resin printing method, on the basis of the DLP printer using a mobile device as a light source and using a non-toxic water-soluble visible light photosensitive resin as a printing material, damage to a human body can be eliminated and costs can be reduced.
