Abstract:
The present invention relates to a DNA storage encoding method, program, and device, and, particularly, to a DNA storage encoding method, program and device for limiting a base ratio and consecutive generation. According to the present invention, the ratio of guanine to cytosine is adjusted within a target range, and the total number of consecutively generated identical bases is directly designed to be less than or equal to a target standard, and thus an error rate can be reduced.
