Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of setting appropriate permissions for a document for a user who requires a document without the creator or owner of the document file carrying out a complex permissions setting. To this end, for a new document file which is created with a client PC (110), a keyword of the document file and a file search history from a user which is accumulated in a search history table (175) of a search server (170) are used to compute a user suitability which denotes a degree of interest in a new document file for each user, and to automatically generate a list of candidate users which are candidates for permission setting priority (S308).
