Abstract:
A PC (20) stores, while disconnected from a document viewing terminal (10), a
command for specifying a document to be registered in the document viewing terminal
(10) and a command for specifying a document to be deleted and, at the connection
to the document viewing terminal (10), executes the stored commands. If connected
to the PC (20) (document viewing terminal operating apparatus), the document
viewing terminal (10) adds a new document to be displayed or deletes a document
according to the direction from the PC (20). If a document is viewed, the viewed
date and the unviewed/viewed state are updated. Since received document information
including the foregoing information is sent to the PC (20) at the connection between
the PC (20) and the document viewing terminal (10), the history database of the
PC (20) and the received document information of the document viewing terminal
(10) can be synchronized. Therefore, it is possible to provide a document viewing
terminal operating apparatus and a recording medium having a document viewing
terminal operating program capable of easy specification of a document to be
viewed on the document viewing terminal.
