Abstract:

A door opening and closing device for a vehicle, wherein a rotational force of a rotor rotating in response to key operation of a cylinder lock is transmitted through a rotation rod to the key operation force input member side of a door lock device. A rotational force transmitting means (18) is provided between a rotation rod (17) and a key operation force input member, and the rotational force transmitting means (18) is contained in an extension case (103) and comprises a driven-side rotation member detachably connected to the key operation force input member so as not to be relatively rotatable, a driving-side rotation member connected to the other end of the rotation rod (17) so as not to be relatively rotatable, and a transmitting member for transmitting rotational force from the driving-side rotation member to the driven-side rotation member. The extension case (103) is detachably mounted to a casing (25A) of the door lock device (16A) so as to extend from the casing (25A). A lock/unlock switching mechanism can be mounted, with increased layout freedom, to a cylinder lock without an increase in the size of the lock/unlock switching mechanism.
