Abstract:
A double-layer air pump, comprising a mounting base (10), a rotary disk mechanism (20), a driving mechanism (30), and an air outlet mechanism (40). The air outlet mechanism (40) comprises a first piston assembly (41), a second piston assembly (42), a one-way air valve, and an output base (43); the output base (43) is connected to one end of the mounting base (10); the output base (43) is provided with a first chute (44) and a second chute (45); the end portion of the output base (43) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet (46) which are both communicated with the first chute (44) and the second chute (45); the first piston assembly (41) and the second piston assembly (42) are rotatably connected to a first pivot shaft (23) and a second pivot shaft (24), respectively; the one-way air valve is disposed between the air inlet and the air outlet (46); the first piston assembly (41) and the second piston assembly (42) are slidably connected into the first chute (44) and the second chute (45), respectively, and are respectively used for pushing air in the first chute (44) and the second chute (45) to move towards the air outlet (46). The air in air cylinders is sequentially pushed by using a piston structure with double shafts eccentrically arranged, thereby reducing the power influence caused by the return stroke of the piston, improving the air supply efficiency, and being beneficial to the enterprise development.
