Abstract:
A double-layer blade mechanical self-limiting fire damper comprises a damper body (1), a drive cylinder (16), and blades. A first, second, and third blade (2, 3, 4) are sequentially disposed on cross sections of a channel of the damper body. The first, second, and third blades each have a perpendicular first, second, and third rotating shaft (5, 6, 7) disposed at center positions thereof, respectively. The first, second, and third rotating shafts are rotatably supported on, pass through, and are connected to the damper body. Upper portions of the first, second, and third rotating shafts extend out of an upper portion of the damper body, and pass through and are connected to a self-limiting device. The self-limiting device comprises a base plate (9), a first drive plate (12), a horizontal linkage plate (10), a vertical linkage plate (11), a third drive plate (14), a second conversion plate (15), and a second drive plate (13). The first, second, and third rotating shafts pass through and are connected to the base plate. The first or third rotating shaft is connected to the drive cylinder. The first and third rotating shafts are each fixedly connected to and pass through one end of the first and third drive plates, respectively. Another end of the first drive plate and another end of the third drive plate are hinged to two ends of the horizontal linkage plate. The vertical linkage plate extends downward and is perpendicularly connected to one side of the horizontal linkage plate between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, or between the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft. The length of the vertical linkage plate is greater than the length of the first drive plate. A lower end of the vertical linkage plate is hinged to one end of the second conversion plate, another end of the second conversion plate is hinged to one end of the second drive plate, and another end of the second drive plate is fixedly connected to and passes through the second rotating shaft. The damper effectively achieves self-limiting of the damper plates therein.
