Abstract:
A double-oven fully-automatic double-color screen printing production line, comprising a linear guide rail (1), a vibration disk feeding mechanism (2) and a screen printing mechanism (4), wherein the vibration disk feeding mechanism (2) is arranged on the left side of the linear guide rail (1); a leveling mechanism (3) is arranged on the right side of the vibration disk feeding mechanism (2); the screen printing mechanism (4) is arranged on the right side of the leveling mechanism (3); a baking curing mechanism (5) is arranged on the right side of the screen printing mechanism (4); a mimeograph mechanism (6) is arranged on the right side of the baking curing mechanism (5); a baking box body (7) is arranged on the right side of the mimeograph mechanism (6); the screen printing mechanism (4) and the mimeograph mechanism (6) are both provided with a screen plate (8); and an upper side of each screen plate (8) is provided with a dustproof cloth (12). The double-oven fully-automatic double-color screen printing production line has the advantages of convenient dismounting, easy operation and convenient use. The dustproof cloth (12) conveniently has a dustproof effect on the screen plates (8), reducing the amount of dust falling onto the screen plates (8), and in turn improving the production quality of buttons.
