Abstract:
A sealing baking box for a button production line, which comprises a box body (1), material openings (3) are provided on front and back sides of the box body (1), a plurality of rotating rollers (8) are rotatably placed between the material openings (3), an automatic door (23) is arranged at a material opening (3), a brake switch (2) is installed at an upper end of the box body (1), a plurality of slide rings (9) are slidably arranged on the rotating rollers (8), limiting rings (10) are fixedly provided at two sides of the rotating rollers (8), rod compartments (4) are uniformly arranged at left and right sides of the box body (1), and agitation rods (7) are arranged within the rod compartments (4); a first motor (13) able independently operate is provided, the first motor (13) drives the agitation rods (7) to rotate, and when two agitation rods (7) move in a same direction, opposite directions, or in a reciprocating fashion, a frame body containing buttons is driven to make different movements, facilitating heat entering inside the frame body.
