One purpose of the present invention is to provide a double-sided adhesive sheet which is used to fix portable-electronic-device members, and which, when used to fix a constituent member of a portable electronic device, is capable of ensuring high adhesive strength, even if the area of a section on which the double-sided adhesive sheet is used is small, and is capable of inhibiting peeling of the constituent member, even if the portable electronic device is subjected to shock as a result of being dropped. Furthermore, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a portable-electronic-device production method in which said double-sided adhesive sheet for fixing portable-electronic-device members is used. Accordingly, this double-sided adhesive sheet for fixing portable-electronic-device members is characterized by being provided with an acrylic-based adhesive layer which is cured by being irradiated with radiation. The double-sided adhesive sheet for fixing portable-electronic-device members is further characterized in that: the glass transition temperature of the acrylic-based adhesive layer after curing is not more than -30˚C; and the storage elastic modulus at 70˚C of the acrylic-based adhesive layer after curing is at least 6.0×104 Pa.
