Abstract:
A double-sided board (32) comprises a first-type conductor layer (L1, L8), a second-type conductor layer (L1, L8), a waveguide-filling dielectric layer (P3 to P5), and a waveguide (36). The waveguide-filling dielectric layer (P3 to P5) is a dielectric layer provided between the first-type conductor layer and the second-type conductor layer. The waveguide (36) is provided through the waveguide-filling dielectric layer in a direction from one of the two conductor layers of the first-type conductor layer and the second-type conductor layer to the other thereof. A cross section of the waveguide in a plane parallel to the first-type conductor layer has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The cross section of the waveguide is partitioned into a central part along the longitudinal direction and end parts positioned on both sides of the central part. The length of the end parts in the transverse direction is greater than the length of the central part in the transverse direction.
