Abstract:
A drainage catheter and a lavage drainage device, relating to the field of medical instruments. The drainage catheter comprises a distal-end hose (1), a proximal-end connecting tube (2), and a tube connector (3); the distal-end hose (1), the proximal-end connecting tube (2), and the tube connector (3) are respectively provided with a liquid passing channel (100) and an instrument channel (200); the proximal end of the distal-end hose (1) is connected to the distal end of the proximal-end connecting tube (2) by means of the tube connector (3); the proximal end of the liquid passing channel (100) of the distal-end hose (1) is in butt joint with the distal end of the liquid passing channel (100) of the tube connector (3); the distal end of the liquid passing channel (100) of the proximal-end connecting tube (2) is in butt joint with the proximal end of the liquid passing channel (100) of the tube connector (3); the proximal end of the instrument channel (200) of the distal-end hose (1) is in butt joint with the distal end of the instrument channel (200) of the tube connector (3); and the distal end of the instrument channel (200) of the proximal-end connecting tube (2) is in butt joint with the proximal end of the instrument channel (200) of the tube connector (3). Other surgical instruments are inserted to an intracranial subdural location along the drainage catheter to assist an operation while the drainage catheter is inserted for lavage drainage, thereby simplifying a surgical process, improving surgical efficiency, reducing the probability of the occurrence of intraoperative or postoperative complications, and reducing the risk of a secondary surgery.
