Abstract:
A steerable structure and a steerable lavage drainage device, comprising a distal end portion (1), a hard transition member (2), and at least one traction wire (3). The distal end portion (1) is made of a soft material; the hard transition member (2) is fixed at a distal end of the distal end portion (1); a distal end of the traction wire (3) is fixed to the hard transition member (2); the traction wire (3) can pull, under the condition that the traction wire (3) is subjected to an acting force of pulling towards a proximal-end direction, the hard transition member (2) to drive the distal end portion (1) to bend and steer. At least the problem in the existing lavage drainage technology that hematoma liquid removal is not thorough due to the fact that a doctor cannot adjust the position of a suction port of a silica gel pipe is mitigated, and therefore, the risk of a secondary operation is reduced.
