Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a food that contains a dried kudzu flower powder and has a moisture content of 8 wt% or less. In this food, the ratio of the fraction passing through a 2 mm-mesh screen is preferably 20 wt% or more. The food according to the present invention has a good taste and smell.
