Abstract:
The invention relates to dried sugar beet and the production method thereof that enables processing of the sugar beet as a whole, and that allows the total sugar (sucrose, glucose and fructose), protein, fiber, vitamin and mineral content to remain high as compared to known crystal sugar production method by subjecting the beet to various process steps.
